• We are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Project Manager to lead our Data Warehouse project, designed to consolidate data sources across the bank to deliver meaningful, accessible insights for operational, regulatory, and analytical reporting. This role will oversee a cross-functional team and vendor partners, working closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop a comprehensive strategy, and execute a roadmap. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in cohort analysis and analyzing user behaviors over time to help the business understand key metrics like user engagement, retention, and churn. This person will ensure seamless project execution while fostering a collaborative environment that values the well-being and contributions of every team member.
    • Data Warehousing Expertise: Provide expertise in Business Intelligence, Database Administration, Data Warehousing, and ensure best practices in architectural design and governance.
    • Data Model Development: Collaborate with technical SMEs to design and implement logical and physical data models that meet business requirements.
    • BI Tool Evaluation: Assess, recommend, and implement Business Intelligence tools for ETL, data standardization, and data visualization.
    • Self-Service Analytics Promotion: Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics for operational and regulatory reporting.
    • Project Leadership: Bridge communication between technical teams and business users, offering guidance and detailed project plans for a full data warehouse implementation.
    • Requirements Gathering & Data Analysis: Lead sessions to gather requirements, profile data, and validate sources for high data quality and integrity. This includes data modeling and integration across multiple systems such as Core Banking, Digital channels, and Branch portals.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with end-users to examine current processes, propose data solutions, and develop strategies for reporting and analytics.
    • Vendor & Team Management: Oversee both vendor and internal project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget, and scope-conforming delivery.
    • Education: Bachelor s/ Master degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, computer engineering or equivalent working experience is required.
    • Experience: 7-10+ years hands on experience with managing and leading data warehouse projects and analytics.
