• 1. Ensuring all government related payments are processed accurately and on time.
    • 2. Managing budget allocations and funds arrangements for these payments
    • 3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures
    • 4. Coordinating with government departments to verify recipient eligibility for G2P payments
    • 5. Analyzing financial data and trends
    • 6. Providing guidance and training to staff on payment processes
    • 7. Monitoring and reporting on the status of G2P Payment
    • 8. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to government payments
    • 9. Working with auditors to ensure compliance with SBP regulations and guidelines
    • 10. Collaborating with other departments to streamline and improve the current processes
    • Ensure compliance with Bank s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently. Operational Excellence, Handling inbound and outbound call activities with efficient and qualitative Verbal communication. Resolving customer s queries and lodging complaint, handling of on spot customer s queries, complaints logging and forwarding to respective department for resolution. Delivering Sound image and having proficient knowledge of bank s services and Well versed with the products knowledge, bank processes and able to deliver/present a sound image of the organization.
    • Meeting targets, Ensuring and maintenance of standard call time to meet the assigned targets with proficiency. Customer satisfaction, Handling customers with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, tactfully handling of disgruntled customer.
