• Ensure efficient coordination with all stakeholders in centralized Collection & Default matters. Assist line manager in compliance and regulatory matters documentation & customers timely intimations.
    • Portfolio Monitoring:
    • Daily base reports extraction and prepare default portfolio data for routine working
    • Bucket, branch, region wise data analysis on daily basis
    • Ensure daily data presentation to all the stakeholders
    • Monitor and report on daily recoveries, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance collection and recovery efforts.
    • Analyze and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Assist line manager in execution of default strategies
    • Coordination:
    • Coordination with all internal & external stakeholders
    • Coordination & follow-ups in collateral auctions including timely advertisement & other formalities as per regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and issues.
    • Oversee and manage the collection and default team, providing guidance and support.
    • Documentation & Record Keeping:
    • Letters drafting, dispatching related to collection & default unit in accordance with bank policy and regulator guidelines
    • Keep proper record of all documents for compliance & audit purpose
    • Assist line manager in new initiatives as & when required
    • Compliance:
    • Keep updated on all regulatory and policy changes related to collection & default portfolio treatments
    • Ensure compliance at all levels in dealing with stakeholders, internal/external customers
    • Facilitate the internal/external audit teams in provision of required data and reporting
    • Any other task:
    • Bank may assign any other related task from time to time
    • Hold Bachelor Degree from a reputable Institution
    • Having experience of more than 1 years in the same capacity
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ready for mobility
    • Ability to work under pressure
