    • Monitoring Transaction Switch ( IRIS ) , Utiltiy Bill Payment System ( UBPS) , Moneta ( Remittence System ) , allied applications and availablity of ADC ( Alternative Delivery Channels ) services to meet the customers and buisness requirements. Ensure the sucessfull operation of all delivery channels. Quality assurance of services and support. Comprehansive testing of products / patches / fixes. Monitoring of key buisness applications related to ADC services. Installation of new ATMs. New Screen Deployments on ATMs. Coordination with vendors Looking into the ADC systems ( Middleware System, Remittence System , Utitlity Bill Payment system, Card Production system ) Should be open to 24*7 Shifts Should be open for availablity in extended hours. Applicaiton Administration / Maintainance Production patch depoyments Issues investigation through logs / sql / through APIs in postman or soupUI or through web services Coordination with branches for issues in ATM / issue related to ADC Applications
    • Basic knowledge and experience of programming, Rest and Soap based APIs, Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and computer science foundations, Strong knowledge of Data Base / SQL, Should have knowledge of payment industry
