    • Strictly adhere to and enforce change management policies and ensure compliance to the banks (e.g. Information Security) policies and regulations and report any breach of the same. ID Creation, deletion, modification and maintenance of all systems and applications account. Coordinate with 2nd and 3rd Level functions to escalate and resolve the user s issues. Ensure that all the tickets/requests raised are resolved within agreed TATs. Evaluate access management part of new developed/procured application/system. Keeps fully abreast of trends and changing technologies as they relate to IT standards. Compliance and implementation of all policies and procedure in true spirit. Also, ensure compliance to IT audit observations and recommendation. Regular review and update of all documentation of the domain area. Performs other related duties as required or assigned by line manager
    • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, computer science or other relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related work experience in the field of Access and ID Management.
