Customer Service Specialist at MMBL (Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited) is primarily a frontline role focused on providing high-quality support and assistance to valued customers. This is a highly multitasking role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. What Customer Service Specialist – MMBL Does?

  • As a Customer Service Specialist at MMBL, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors.
  • You’ll manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner. Your role includes overseeing appointments, meetings (internal/external), and visitor check-ins, as well as coordinating with security staff for access management.
  • You will also handle visitor records, greet guests, and ensure the front desk area maintains the company’s brand image.
  • Additionally, you will manage Café attendance, receive and verify invoices, and track supply orders for branches, ensuring email acknowledgment of quantities ordered.
  • Your responsibilities also include reserving boardrooms and meeting spaces and addressing any related queries.
  • With strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, you’ll ensure a smooth, customer-focused operation in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have a minimum of 03 years experience as a Customer Service Specialist
