Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, call centre operations, and retail, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer expectations. This is a remote position that requires a reliable computer and broadband connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Manage customer expectations and provide accurate information about our services and products.
Utilize sales skills to promote and upsell products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the mobile van team to coordinate service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about the latest products and services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or retail sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in fluent English.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable computer and broadband connection.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM UK Time.
