- We are looking for a Networking Engineer / NOC Engineer
- 1 - 2 year of Network Experience with the following knowledge.
- Basic networking
- Switching
- Routing
- Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.
- Visit client end side
- Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.
- Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirement.
- Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network systems.
- BCS , BE , CCNA preferred
