Key Responsibilities:
- Post engaging content on Facebook and other social media platforms according to the content calendar and company guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including monitoring comments, messages, and interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Qualification And Skills :
- Minimum education level: Matriculation or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices.
- Reliable and consistent in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
