The incumbent will assist in the day-to-day record management and will work on reconciling records over the online module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post, update, and ascertain employment records and obtain documentation from the employees
  • Maintaining a database of individuals.
  • Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  • Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  • Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  • Planning and organizing monthly birthdays.
  • Assisting in employee orientation.
  • Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  • Participate in organizing company events and career days
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  • Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Any other duties assigned by HOD

 Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration (HR)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills
