Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be able to identify engineering and general store items.
Supervising daily issuances of general and engineering items.
Supervising receiving activity in store.
Accountable for maintaining stock at all times.
Accountable for monthly stock audits by third parties.
Consolidation of monthly demand from other departments.
PR generation for demanded items.
GRN generation upon receiving of stock in the warehouse.
Responsible for sending monthly dead stock, near-to-expiry, and expired material reports to the line manager.
Responsible for maintaining store in proper conditions.
