MG JW Automobiles is seeking a skilled Manager Supply Chain to oversee the efficiency of our supply chain operations. As the Manager of the Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives. Your ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate effectively will be crucial for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services essential to our production processes. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of five supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Oversee the daily operations of the supply chain, ensuring efficient processes from procurement through to distribution.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals, optimizing service delivery while controlling costs.
Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Utilize ERP systems to enhance supply chain visibility, tracking inventory levels and ensuring accurate demand forecasting.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations and address any issues or bottlenecks.
Conduct regular assessments of supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven decisions.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, ensuring ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
Develop training and development programs for team members to enhance skills and contribute to career growth.
