Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our company's services and increase brand visibility.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and content.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Explore and implement new social media tools,to enhance our presence and reach on social platforms.
Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, or similar role.
Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Passion for staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and platforms in social media and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
