We are seeking an experienced and skilled Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hypermarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Customer Service:

    • Ensure customers receive excellent service and support
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  2. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
    • Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies
  3. Store Operations:

    • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
    • Ensure all store areas are well-maintained, including shelves, displays, and facilities
  4. Team Management:

    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales assistants and other support staff
    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance
  5. Visual Merchandising:

    • Implement visual merchandising strategies to promote sales and enhance customer experience
    • Ensure all displays, signage, and promotional materials are up-to-date and effective
  6. Loss Prevention:

    • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock loss and theft
    • Conduct investigations and report incidents to management
  7. Reporting and Administration:

    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and employee records
Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket environment
  • Proven track record of improving sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of retail management software
