The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing the company's data to support business decisions and strategic planning. The position requires the ability to use various data analysis tools and techniques to provide actionable insights that help improve the company's operational efficiency and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

 

Data Collection and Cleaning

  • Collect data from various sources (such as sales data, market research, customer feedback, etc.).
  • Clean and process data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

Data Analysis

  • Use statistical analysis methods and data mining techniques to conduct in-depth analysis of data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve the effectiveness of business analysis.

Reporting and Visualization

  • Produce visual reports and dashboards to help management understand the results of data analysis.
  • Provide data analysis reports to relevant departments and management regularly and make feasible suggestions.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring

  • Design and track key performance indicators to evaluate business performance and project effectiveness.
  • Identify potential problems and propose solutions through data monitoring.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Analyze market trends and evaluate competitor performance.
  • Support marketing and product development teams to adjust strategies to market needs.

Use of Data Tools

  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and database management systems.
  • Focus on the latest technologies and tools in the field of data analysis and suggest improvement methods.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, with a background in building materials or similar industries preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Experience in data visualization; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to handle complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present complex data in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Teamwork Spirit: Strong teamwork ability; proactive and responsible.
