We are seeking a detail-oriented  Accounts Assistant to support our office operations and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and skilled individual with strong administrative and accounting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Support: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, data entry, and financial reporting.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and office supplies; maintain filing systems.
  • Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and report generation using MS Office.
  • Team Assistance: Support management and team members with various tasks, including research and report preparation.
  • Customer and Vendor Interaction: Handle inquiries and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Office Coordination: Organize meetings, and events, and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Basic accounting software knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
