We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage proposals, build client relationships, and close deals on various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales goals. This role is integral to generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential jobs through online platforms. 
  • Draft, customize, and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs. 
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients, nurturing relationships to build trust and interest. 
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. 
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and project execution. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in using online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or other marketplaces. 
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and client outreach. 
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. 
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
