Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the customer experience, from initial inquiries to booking appointments and ensuring post-service satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule our team of maids.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and maids.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure our high cleaning standards are met.
  • Manage maid supplies and inventory.
  • Oversee payroll and administrative tasks related to the cleaning staff.
