3. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and resources to enhance the team's technical expertise.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify growth opportunities for team members.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance and analyze variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational activities.

5. Process Improvement and Systems Management

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in accounting processes through automation and system optimization.
  • Evaluate and implement accounting software and tools to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure accurate integration between financial systems and other operational systems.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal teams.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business leaders and senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board and executive leadership as required.
