Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our real estate projects, engaging potential customers, and driving sales. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell Khurasan City's real estate projects to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the value and features of our properties.
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide them in making informed decisions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Khurasan City's projects, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team.

Requirements:

Education: Must have at least completed intermediate education (HSSC or equivalent).
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresh candidates with potential are encouraged to apply.
Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
