The Site Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of the company’s residential quarters for the staff. The role involves ensuring the smooth daily operation of the site, managing attendance and leave records, and acting as a liaison between the site and the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Maintenance:

    • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of company quarters.
    • Ensure that all facilities within the quarters are in working order.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors for repairs and improvements.
  2. Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employees residing in the quarters.
    • Manage daily attendance records for all employees on-site.
    • Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to the head office regarding site activities, attendance, and maintenance issues.
  3. Employee Coordination:

    • Coordinate with employees to ensure compliance with company policies regarding housing and attendance.
    • Address employee concerns related to housing and site facilities.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between the site and the head office.
  4. Safety and Security:

    • Ensure that safety and security measures are implemented and followed at the site.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  5. Inventory Management:

    • Keep track of the inventory of supplies and equipment required for the maintenance of the quarters.
    • Manage the procurement and distribution of necessary supplies.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, attendance, and leave records.
    • Prepare and submit reports to the head office as required.
    • Handle any additional administrative tasks assigned by the head office.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Intermediate (F.A) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexibility to handle urgent tasks and work outside regular hours if needed.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety standards is a plus.
