Recruitment Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the BPO industry. This role requires someone who is well-versed in the recruitment lifecycle, has a deep understanding of BPO operations, and can effectively manage the recruitment process to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the BPO sector.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking events.
Manage and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance to senior management.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with BPO industry experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Location: Candidates must reside within a 10 KM radius of Saddar, Karachi, to ensure ease of commute. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the Central/South District areas.
Drop-off Service: A drop-off service is available for female employees living within a 10 KM radius of our Saddar office
