We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team and help us build a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, interviews, and events.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Help administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
