We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Medicare campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting with Medicare-related information.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility.
Assist customers with enrollment processes, claims, and other Medicare-related services.
Resolve issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document interactions and follow up on unresolved cases as necessary.
Stay updated on Medicare policies and changes to provide current and relevant information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to healthcare is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
