We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Trainer to support the development and delivery of sales training for our BPO teams. You will assist in onboarding, coaching, and mentoring sales agents to enhance their performance and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Training Delivery: Assist in delivering sales training and role-play activities.
- Content Creation: Help develop and update training materials and resources.
- Onboarding: Assist in training new hires on company processes and tools.
- Assessments: Help evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Coaching: Mentor sales agents to improve skills and meet targets.
- Reporting: Assist in tracking performance and training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales or BPO-related roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Patient, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Preferred:
Experience in BPO or call center environments.
Sales or training certifications.
