We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Amadeus software or similar web-based travel booking applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Amadeus software to manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, assisting with travel planning and booking.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends and system updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to booking systems and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amadeus software or similar travel booking applications.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and its operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a travel agency or related role.
- Knowledge of other booking systems and travel technologies.
- Experience working in the Spanish travel market will be a plus.
