We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our growing team at Macsons Overseas Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in all aspects of recruitment and staffing, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR team to manage the recruitment process for all open positions
- Source and screen candidates for various positions across the organization
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Fluent in English
