The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Cold and Warm calling
  • Strong Follow-up with leads
  • Develop new sales and marketing strategies to generate Leads/Sales.
  • Identify sale opportunities.
  • Sell our real estate projects by establishing contact with our clients via social media, calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, Visit and develop relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years sales experience in Real Estate industry
  • Conversation & good convincing skills
  • Good moral, soft attitude & pleasant personality

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position will be determined based on experience and qualifications, ranging from RS: 35,000 to RS: 45,000 + commission
