Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases relevant to our industry and target audience.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility.
- Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain and improve search engine rankings.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEO performance metrics, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
