Job Responsibilities:

  • Listening to assigned calls as per the target to make sure that agent followed all the required protocols and did not miss out on any product information.
  • Making and sharing daily productivity reports.
  • Make sure that agent maintained the call flow as per the quality criteria.
  • Call Scoring according to call evaluation.
  • Make sure that agent did not provide/offer any false information to the customer.
  • Make sure that agent was not involved in any fraudulent activity.
  • Report any misconduct (if observed) on the floor.
  • Reporting to work on time and follow company policies.
  • Completing the assigned task along with the documentation of every and any activity.
  • Comply on Company Security Policy.
  • Share the QA Feedbacks, Live call monitoring feedback and QA stats report to the Manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain/update the CRM on daily basis.
  • Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
  • Achieve all daily and monthly KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should be able to understand English
  • Must have amazing listening skills and should have extreme attention to detail
  • At least 1 year of previous call center or QA evaluations & monitoring tools experience, preferably in the call center industry.
  • Experience in performance improvement feedback and recommendations to employees.
  • A bachelor's or associate degree is a plus.
