Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote company products and services.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with recommendations for optimization.
Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent, brand-appropriate content.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing efforts using analytics tools.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
