Moving & Packing Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with booking and scheduling services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate and monitor moving and packing operations.
- Schedule and dispatch moving teams efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and team members.
- Handle logistics and transportation planning.
- Maintain operational records and prepare reports.
- Address operational issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualification
O-A Level / Intermediate or above
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Experience of sales/call center
Job Specification:
- English communication skills, leading to customer satisfaction and subsequently high conversion percentage.
