Data Entry Specialist

We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist with exceptional computer skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing data, responding to queries, and providing support to foreign students in completing basic courses. This is a full-time position, and the office location should be easily accessible for the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and efficient data entry and documentation tasks.
Manage emails and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Assist students with basic online courses, including but not limited to:
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and other tools for daily operations.
Use ChatGPT to provide quick solutions, draft responses, and improve task efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent general computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with email management and query resolution.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
At least an ADP or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, HR, or related areas).
Ability to explain basic concepts to students effectively.
Prior experience in data entry, course support, or a similar role is preferred.
