We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take the reins of our social media channels and help us grow our brand presence from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform.
Schedule posts, monitor trends, and track analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
Grow our follower base, build relationships with our audience, and manage interactions across channels.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into our strategy.
Collaborate with our team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Analyze metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, or similar role (bonus if you’ve worked with startups).
A deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Strong copywriting skills and a knack for crafting compelling, brand-aligned messages.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and a self-starter attitude.
