The Details:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department and help us grow our teams. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a list of qualified candidates for various marketing roles, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring we attract the best professionals. You will build a strong full cycle recruiting pipeline. This is a completely remote position, working hours will be in the United States time zone.
About you:
- Must be English fluent both in speaking and writing
- Experience working in a remote capacity
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Familiar with job boards, social media platforms, and advanced recruitment tools.
- Create and post job listings on various internet sites and the internal website.
- Assist in recruiting for different positions, including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interviews, and referring qualified candidates to associates for further steps in the recruitment process.
- Maintaining updated recruiting databases and candidate files.
