Job Objective

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

Key Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Social Media Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales as well as Recruitment teams.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select and adapt current process to fit client needs.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver social media optimization.
  • Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for the company's customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong project management or organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.).
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
  • Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly.
  • Public relations, marketing, sales, and community management experience.
