We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Performance Management Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in performance management and a desire to develop their career in this field. This role involves hands-on experience with performance analysis, KPI setting, and the development of a Performance Management System (PMS). The Performance Management Executive will be responsible for aligning individual KPIs with departmental goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a basic Performance Management System
  • Monitor and ensure that Goals & KPIs are set for each employee in accordance with the PMS and goal-setting guidelines.

KPI Setting and Alignment:

  • Work closely with the top management to align individual KPIs with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all employees' KPIs are established and updated in line with planned timelines and departmental needs.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed analytical reports for management review and strategic planning.
  • Identify and address departmental performance issues through data-driven insights.

Coordination and Compliance:

  • Regularly coordinate with the Internal Audit team to ensure that performance management documentation meets external audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to performance management activities.

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in strategic planning initiatives related to performance management and departmental performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior hands-on experience in performance management or HR-related functions is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align performance metrics with organizational goals.
