We are committed to delivering excellence and are on the lookout for a skilled individual to fill the role of Data Entry Clerk & Store Supervisor. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is meticulous and adept at multitasking.

The Data Entry Clerk & Store Supervisor will play a dual role in managing our data entry needs and supervising daily store operations. This individual will ensure the smooth running of our store\'s administrative tasks while maintaining an efficient, secure, and well-organized environment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into respective databases and ensure all data is correct and up to date.
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained according to set standards.
Oversee store staff and ensure that all tasks are completed promptly.
Develop strategies to optimize store efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Resolve issues from both staff and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry and store management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
Familiarity with inventory software, and data entry systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical errors.
High school diploma; further education in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field preferred.
