Leads Hawk BPO is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments with our solar consultants. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer any questions potential customers may have.
Maintain a database of leads and update information as needed.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting goals.
Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest in solar energy solutions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus, but training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
