• Responsible for supporting management and coordination with all departments Day-to-day correspondence with CEO's office.
  • Provide administrative support and perform numerous duties including preparation of Board & AGM meeting folders and their minutes for APL & Group companies, Director's travel arrangements, arranging video conferences with Group and others.
  • Drafting letters for regulatory bodies, correspondence with shareholders, etc., handle and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mails & letters).
  • Maintaining all Original and Confidential documents of APL & Group Companies both in soft and hard form record management system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Maintaining all types of Company Agreements with clients etc. in hard and soft form.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations and correspond independently in an effective manner, and professionally greet and receive visitors, clients & shareholders.
  • Schedule seminars I conferences, and meetings with banks and other industry members & Regulatory Bodies, monitor HOD's email and draft email responses on behalf of the Manager.
  • Deputizing for the manager, making decisions, and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents for the management.
  • Daily Record keeping and filing documents in Hard & Soft and perform electronic solutions of the work systems for record keeping. Must be a team builder, bookkeeping, analytical solutions for problems and also effective in verbal and listening communication skills.
