KSM Media Hut is seeking a talented and passionate WordPress Developer with a strong focus on theme and plugin customization. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites while developing custom themes and plugins tailored to our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Website Development: Design and develop WordPress websites from scratch, utilizing required plugins and extensions to deliver fully customized, high-quality sites.
Collaboration & Design Implementation: Collaborate with relevant teams to gather requirements and transform concepts into functional, visually appealing websites.
General Website Maintenance: Regularly maintain, update, and optimize websites for peak performance and security.
Landing Page Development: Design and develop strategic landing pages to drive campaign success.
Plugin & Theme Customization: Debug and customize existing WordPress themes and plugins, including popular themes like Avada and Divi.
Host & Server Liaison: Coordinate with hosting providers to ensure optimized hosting performance and security.
Proactive User Experience Improvement: Strategize and implement solutions that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
Website Performance & Optimization: Monitor and improve website performance metrics, loading speeds, and core web vitals.
SEO & Usability Enhancement: Ensure all updates adhere to SEO and usability guidelines, making websites accessible and engaging for users.
Analytics & Tracking Integration: Apply tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics) to enable effective data collection and insights.
Process & Quality Improvement: Contribute to internal tools and workflows to maintain quality and efficiency.
Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure all development aligns with industry best practices and Quality Management System standards.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer with a focus on theme and plugin development.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.
WordPress Expertise: In-depth experience with WordPress API, hooks, and custom post types.
Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of popular frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
Coding Standards: Understanding of WordPress coding standards, including security and performance optimization.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
Clean Code: Ability to write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
Full-Stack Understanding: Good knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
Attention to Detail: A passion for delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
