SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the implementation of SAP B – 1
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B – 1.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP B – 1 module.
- Conduct system testing and user training to ensure effective utilization of SAP B – 1.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support for SAP systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Experience of working and developing crystal Reports.
- Experience in writing queries to extract relevant data
- Integration of SAP with Power BI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP technical support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and modules.
- Experience with SAP BI Administration.
