Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans aligned with overall company strategy.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor sales activity and pipeline management to ensure targets are met.
- Manage customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to acquire new business
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key customers within the assigned territory.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
