Stock received according to Purchase Order.
Stock received according to company standard.
Check and record the quality and quantity of products.
Check and record the temperature of Dairy and Frozen Products.
Tag all the received items with name and date of receiving.
Stock issued after checking the signature of department head.
To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
Stock issued according to requisition of the department.
Reconcile the issuance and requisition.
Maintain the dispatch process of different location and ensure the quantity, quality and expiry of the dispatch stock.
Ensure the Inventory Level (Maximum and Minimum).
Maintain the record of expiry on monthly basis.
Follow the method of FIFO & LIFO.
Maintain reorder level, timely generate requisition of stock.
Keep records of Bin Carts, and make monthly reports of goods received and issued, Processing of supplier invoices, sourcing for suppliers and product.
Expire stock will be discard properly and maintain the record of discard articles.
