We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating various activities related to sales coordination, task management, reporting and analysis, collaboration with Account Managers and Executives, an ideal candidate for this role is someone fully focused, and a great team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Tracking:

  • Utilize the CRM system to monitor all open sales opportunities.
  •  Ensure accurate and timely updates of opportunity status and information.

Collaboration with Account Managers and Account Executives:

  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with account managers to review the status of sales opportunities.
  • Assist in prioritizing opportunities and developing strategies to move them through the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Generate regular sales report to account managers on license on the upcoming license expiration and keep a track on not renewed license
  • Regular touch-base with Account Manager and Account Executives for deals updates and pipeline correct projection.

Task Management:

  • Ensure that all tasks related to sales opportunities and sales operations are assigned and completed on time.

Reporting and Analysis:

  •  Generate and distribute regular reports on sales opportunities, performance metrics, and forecasts.

Tickets Tracking

  • Ensure that all tickets are well handled and followed up on time, in an accurate and correct manner
  •  Assign the tickets to Account Managers and Account Executive based upon the information and history found over CRM alongside the tying up with COO and Sales Manager for new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in sales support role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
  •  Experience with CRM software and sales tools is mandatory.
  •  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
