We are looking forward to hiring a Social Media Expert. The incumbent will have to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Web developer, digital marketing & social media marketing.
Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes.
Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support to users
Proactively monitor and work on troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Support new starters in login issues. Email setup, access/restrict to department-wise folders.
Manage and configure printers and other IT equipment
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Providing direction for IT team members.
Identify LAN/Wi-Fi issues and rectify in real time.

Any other task given by Management.

Requirements:

Degree in IT Related.
CCNA, CCMP preferred
3 - 5 years of experience as a social media Expert.
Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in handling Networking, Troubleshooting, and internet.
