Job Responsibilities:
1: Identify and establish contact with potential customers on a regular basis
2: Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
3: Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
4: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
5: Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
6: Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
7: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
8: Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made
9: Generate and submit sales reports to management on a daily basis
10: Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies and provide accurate information to all potential and current customers.
11: Perform your duties as efficiently as possible and maintain the data sheet of your daily customer visits
12: Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
13: Responsible for the target of the entire sales team
14: Responsible for motivating the sales team
