We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems and databases effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
  • Exhibit strong skills in active listening, negotiation, communication, and presentations.
  • Design and execute strategies for recruitment, employee retention, and termination.
  • Oversee and refine the company’s performance appraisal system and career growth pathways.
  • Revise and enhance training, development policies, and compensation programs.
  • Conduct annual salary surveys and manage employee increments.
  • Develop, analyze, and update the company’s salary budget.
  • Administer employee benefits and oversee recreational and welfare programs.
  • Maintain the company’s loyalty program and affirmative action initiatives.
  • Supervise employee record management and ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting.
  • Foster strong interpersonal relationships across all levels within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
