- Hold command over Saber + Amadeus GDS (routing, fare pricing, issuance, re-issuance, and refund).
- Deal with clients & corporate clients in a presentable and a professional manner.
- Advising clients on suitable options as per their budget and requirements to sell different airlines tickets.
- Good communication skills.
- Keep in contact with clients, follow up for feedback and future services in order to make sure the quality of the services and increase chances for repeat business.
