Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
  • Handle queries related to operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software applications, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • install CCTV's troubleshoot the existing environment
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems secure and functional.
  • Ensure that backup processes are followed, and data is safely stored and restored as needed.
  • Support the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), ensuring a stable and efficient network for users.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve any bottlenecks or downtime incidents.
